The Lloyd Triangle site is a combination of mixed-use, residential, and artist live/work space, and situated on 9 acres along the edge of downtown Ventura with unobstructed ocean views.

The objective was to emulate the best parts of Ventura, respect the importance of streets and diverse buildings types, respect the existing City grid, enhance neighborhood access to the Coast, provide public park space, maximize ocean views, and provide an appropriate mix of uses through diverse residential building types and units, neighborhood serving retail, and tourist-serving retail.
