Shoreline Gateway is an urban infill mixed-use project located at the East Gateway to Downtown Long Beach. The project is comprised of 365 for-sale residential units situated in two towers, 35- and 18-stories respectively. The base of the building is low-rise in scale, integrating 12,500 sq.ft. of retail, gallery, and live/work spaces with townhomes. An urban park/plaza between the towers creates a landscaped amenity for the residents and surrounding community.

The project is located directly across from the beach, offering unobstructed ocean views and is located within a seven minute walk to the Metro Blue Line and multiple bus lines.

The project features low-rise residential wrapping buildings to allow for a better urban integration with the neighborhood to the north, as well as live/work units and landscaped pedestrian lanes to facilitate a pedestrian-friendly environment and connection to the beach.

Designated by the Redevelopment Agency of Long Beach as the primary "Gateway" to the East Village Arts District and prime Downtown area, this project is highly important for the City of Long Beach, Redevelopment Agency and the community to ensure that it confirms the very high expectations of all areas of design, iconic appearance, walkability and major contributions to the arts.
